Q-1: How do I send payment for your publications?

A-1: We accept most credit cards, via the PayPal system on our order form, and Western Union transfers in U.S. Dollar funds. Once the payment is received, your publications will be sent by e-mail within minutes . See "Order Form" on left side panel.

Q-2: Can I email / telephone you directly to make a credit card purchase?

A-2: Our payment process requires going to the PayPal system within our order form. This actually gives you the highest level of security for your purchase. We cannot accept credit card numbers directly via email or telephone contact. We do accept Western Union Transfers for non-credit card orders. Bank wire transfers are generally not accepted.

Q-3: Are printed paper versions of your publications available?

A-3: All of our publications are only available in digital form (e-mail ,PDF files). Note that all of our publications are copyrighted under U.S. / International regulations.

Q-4. What are your consulting fees?

A-4. Our fees depend on the time required for the assignment. We can offer email consulting at an hourly rate, and on-site visits , presentations, contract publications, etc. at a daily rate. Please contact us with your specific needs and we can prepare a no-charge consulting proposal.

A-5. We only work with Greenhouse Vegetables and do not collect information on ornamental crops.

Q-6. Do you prepare Business Plans and Proposals?

A-6. As horticultural consultants, we do not prepare economic/financing plans. However, we regularly work with consulting firms that develop greenhouse project proposals/plans, and we can provide leads to these experienced companies.

Q-7. Can you provide contact information for greenhouse suppliers?

A-7. Our Greenhouse Vegetable Production Handbooks have listings of over 130 suppliers, worldwide.
