Q1: How do I send payment for your publications?
A1: We accept most credit cards, via the PayPal system on our order form, and Western Union transfers in U.S. Dollar funds. Once the payment is received, your publications will be sent by email within minutes . See "Order Form" on left side panel. (Note: a PayPal account is not required to use this ordering method. Simply select "credit card" in the initial payment options on the PayPal site.)
Q2: Can I email / telephone you directly to make a credit card purchase?
A2: Our payment process requires going to the PayPal system within our order form. This actually gives you the highest level of security for your purchase. We cannot accept credit card numbers directly via email or telephone contact. We do accept Western Union Transfers for noncredit card orders. Bank wire transfers and checks are generally not accepted.
Q3: Are printed versions of your publications available?
A3: All of our publications are only available in digital form (email ,PDF files). All files can be printed after purchase, as desired. Note that all of our publications are copyrighted under U.S. / International regulations.
Q4: Do you have information on Ornamental Crops?
A4: As we only work with greenhouse vegetables, we do not collect information on ornamental crops.
Q5: Can you provide contact information for greenhouse suppliers?
A5: Our Greenhouse Vegetable Production Handbooks have listings of over 130 suppliers, worldwide.
Q6: As a university student, how do I access your information?
A6: Most University librarians and major professors have methods to order publications. Ask them to order our publications to include into your college libraries for the benefit of all students and faculty.
